Change Acceleration Process (CAP) is a change management framework with a set of tools to gauge the political/strategic/cultural environment in the organization and plan for action which will eventually determine how much success a change initiative can bring in within the existing operating boundaries.

CAP is the process of moving the Current State of the Process/Service/Product to an Improved State by catalyzing (speeding up) the Transition State. CAP provides a means by which organizations are able to accelerate the pace of necessary changes while allowing these changes to be gauged based on the desired outcomes.

CAP enables organizational leaders to influence this change in a very direct manner. Change acceleration is a process to ease acceptance of new ideas. Effective Change Management assures that improvement initiatives remain in force and that organizations don’t revert back to the old ways (methods).
